House with private pool for rent, close to the beach of L’Escala. House Marisa is the perfect place to spend your holidays to the beach with your family or friends. The accomodation takes careo f the smallest details for you to feel at home. The outside of the house has been designed for your well-being. It has a lovely private poolwhere to refresh yourselfduring the warm summer afternoons and deck-chairs to sunbathe and rest at the poolside. It also has a barbecue áreafor you to prepare tasty grillings and eat them on the furnished terrace. Its roller blindwill enable you to enjoy it any time of the day. The accomodation offer a lot of amenities for the best holidays: free wifi Access, air-conditionning, private garage and dishwasher. The house is well-decorated and cosy, it feels like home. It has two levels divided as follows: - The ground-floor with a bright living-room and lounge opening to the terrace and pool, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and wc and a double bedroom. - The 1st floor with 2 other bedrooms, each of wich with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom. Forget about your car, the situation of House Marisa is perfect! It is only a few minutes walking from the beach of Riells and its amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, ice-cream shops and more. In the área you will also find several kind of nautical activities and leisure offers. A short walk or bicycle ridewill lead you to the village to try and taste the catalán gastromic specialities, one of which being the famous anchovies of L’Escala. NB: Free Airco between June 11th and September 17th.Pets are not allowed.Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Cette maison a fait le bonheur de notre famille (2 adultes et 4 adolescents) pendant nos 2 semaines de vacances à l'escala. Idéalement située. Proche de la plage et des commerces dans un quartier calme, c'était parfait. Bien équipée, une piscine vraiment top et un garage qui abrite sans problème les grands monospace comme le mien. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la remise des clés le jour du départ dans une boîte à l'exterieur de l'agence ce qui nous a permis de partir tôt. Bref, tout était parfait. Je recommande cette habitation.

Très bon accueil. Personnel disponible. Logement agréable, bien agencé, à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces tout en étant calme. Voiture non nécessaire.

Always good, more than friendly. We know, if there is any incident, the agent would do anything to help. Maybe a new garden set, when you are sitting here the whole day, chairs are not comfortable (in case of a long seat...). But again: nice home, nice place, friendly agency.
