Description
Villa built in Spanish style for rent in the Costa Brava, situated in the district Riells de Dalt, within a kilometer distance of the beach Riells, shops and restaurants. The house has a very well-kept garden with grass garden, patio, flowers and ornaments, where both shadow and sun can be found when enjoying the private pool. The living area on the ground floor consists of a simple living/dining room, an open kitchen with little dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom in the tower, is only reachable through the outside staircase. Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Optional services
Optional services depend on availability. To book some, you will have to contact us by pone or sending an email to info@unicocostabrava.com . For shorter or longer stays , the price will be calculated per day on a seven-days basis

Great place to relax by the pool. Nice garden and outdoor areas. The house could do with a makeover but everything works. Highly recommended :)

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable. Si nous devions ajouter quelque chose il manque un four dans la cuisine et un peu plus de matériel de cuisine (saladier, plat etc…). Le logement est un peu loin pour aller à la plage à pied mais les trajets en voiture sont rapides. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Always a bit challenging when you consider trying Airbnb without one review yet. Yet photos of outdoor areas looked really captivating so we were convinced by the looks. Indoors the things look a bit worn out yet with great pool and amazing well taken care of garden who would want to spend a lot of time inside ? The beach is walking distrance yet having car is surely good idea. If mosquitoes love your blood type, get the strongest repellent with you (needed at night).
