Holiday accomodation with swimming-pool and garden in L’Escala. Villa Lluna is the perfect place to go with your family and enjoy a house with nice private pool in a quiet neighborhood, less than 600m from Riells, the main beach of L’Escala. You will be delighted by the outside of the house thanks to its large pool and green gardenwhere to cool yourself in the hot summer days. The terrace in front of the pool is also appreciated by the persons who like to enjoy a good barbecue dinner with their friends and family while the children are playing around. As your safety and privacy are also important to us, the plot is totally fencedwhich make the house a good place to stay with your petstoo.The house is full equipped and confortable with services such as free Wifi and air conditionning, Satellite TV, a garage to park your car and direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living-room.This two-storeys villa is divided as follows: -1st floor: a large double-bed bedroom with wardrobe, a complete bathroom and a small terrace. -Ground-floor: 2 large bedrooms (with 2 individual beds and one double bed, respectivally), one bathroom with shower and toilets, full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large bright living-room.The villa Lluna is ideally situated in a quiet área close to the beach of Riells, a shallow family sandbeach. In the surroundings, less than 10 minutes walking, you will also find all sort of amenities and shops as well as bars, restaurantsand the stop for the turistic shuttle “Carrilet” which will drive you to the best spots of L’Escala. NB: Free air conditionning between June 11th and september 17th. Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Optional services depend on availability. To book some, you will have to contact us by pone or sending an email to info@unicocostabrava.com . For shorter or longer stays , the price will be calculated per day on a seven-days basis

Nous avons récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette magnifique villa familiale, et notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un cadre enchanteur, où la sérénité et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. La villa elle-même était spacieuse, propre et superbement aménagée, offrant à chacun de nous l'intimité nécessaire tout en favorisant les moments de convivialité en famille. Les équipements étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée, des espaces de vie confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces extérieurs, avec une piscine rafraîchissante et des jardins bien entretenus, parfaits pour des après-midis de détente. De plus, l'emplacement de la villa était idéal, offrant à la fois la tranquillité recherchée et la proximité des attractions locales. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des environs pittoresques tout en ayant facilement accès aux commerces, restaurants et activités de loisirs à proximité. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, qui ont veillé à ce que notre séjour soit parfait du début à la fin. Leur accueil chaleureux et leurs précieux conseils sur les activités locales ont vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. En somme, notre séjour dans cette villa familiale a largement dépassé nos attentes, et nous recommandons vivement cette location à quiconque recherche une escapade relaxante et mémorable en famille ou entre amis.
