Description

Villa in modern style for rent, in the Costa Brava on a central but quiet location, only 200m from the beautiful boulevard and the beach Riells. It is also within walking distance of the old town of L'Escala. The garden is very well taken care of and the private pool is sunny. The house is above the double garage and is accessed via a staircase. After that you’ll find the whole living area on one floor. There is a large terrace with barbecue, which is accessible through the kitchen and living room. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. Up to 6 people. Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Check-in / check-out schedule

From Monday to Friday: from 4pm to 6.30pm
Saturday: from 4pm to 7pm
Arrivals on Sunday are usually not accepted.
Late arrivals have an extra fee of 15 euros and must have been previously accepted by the agency.

From Monday to Sunday: from 6am to 10am

Optional services

Optional services depend on availability. To book some, you will have to contact us by pone or sending an email to info@unicocostabrava.com . For shorter or longer stays , the price will be calculated per day on a seven-days basis

• Pets: 4€/night (*if allowed in the accommodation)
