House with private pool for rent in L’Escala. Guti is a nice summer house, an ideal place where to spend some relaxing holidays with your friends or family, between pineforest and sea.The outside of the accomodation is safe and fenced, perfect for the children to play or for your pet if you travel with one. The house has a private pool and sunbedsto bath in the sun or read a good book. From the furnished terrace, looking to the pool, you will be at ease having a drink or looking after the children while they play in the water.All on ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance, the house is divided into a large bright living-room opening to the terrace, a full-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) and two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). Confortable and practical, the house also offers free Wifi, air conditionning and a little garage.The accomodation is a good starting point for your strolls in the close wood of pinetrees or for your biking getaways to the beaches or the village. NB: Free air conditioning in the living-room between June 11th and September 17th.Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Saturday: from 4pm to 7pm
Arrivals on Sunday are usually not accepted.
Late arrivals have an extra fee of 15 euros and must have been previously accepted by the agency.

Optional services

Optional services depend on availability. To book some, you will have to contact us by pone or sending an email to info@unicocostabrava.com . For shorter or longer stays , the price will be calculated per day on a seven-days basis

Todo perfecto en este alojamiento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas, relajantes y refrescantes. El alojamiento esta en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, no se escucha nada más que los pajaros. El alojamiento tiene de todo, garaje (Pequeño pero nos entró el coche), cocina, dos baños, tres habitaciones, un gran comedor-salón, terraza y el patio con una piscina muy bien aprovechada por la forma de la parcela. Nos gustó todo y pasemos unas buenas, tranquilas y refrescantes vacaciones.Nos gustó todo pero como mejora de confort del alojamiento, añadiría equipos de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Lo demás es perfecto, repetiremos en cuanto haya disponibilidad.

Accueil efficace, interlocutrice parlant français , très apprécialble pour des Belges francophones!. La maison est fonctionnelle et avec WIFI!!la piscine a une forme originale. Manquerait un store sur la terrasse mais c'est juste une suggestion. Dommage que le garage soit petit.
