Appartment for rent with shared swimming-pool in the area of the harbour of La Clota, close to the beach of Riells. Port Marina 2 is the perfect accomodation for families with children who like to enjoy the pleasures of the sea staying close to an animated área. The main advantage of the appartement is its location offering wonderful views to the port. Thanks to its large furnished terrace, you will be able to enjoy a cool moment or a drink sitting in front of the sea.The flat is on 3rd floor and is divided into a bright living-room, an open full-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 individual beds and one with trunk bed) plus a complete bathroom. The commune parts are composed of a green garden and a nice pool, which enable people to rest and relax while the children play. The flat is prepared for you to spend some unforgettable holidays: it offers free Wifi (2 devices at a time), TV and a parking place in the block’s garage as well as a lift going down to the parking área. Port Marina 2 is perfectly situated between the harbour of La Clota and the beach and you will find in the neighborhood a large offer of leisure places, restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to know more about the Costa Brava, do not hesitate to come to the agency. We will help you to organise activities for you and your kids. No pets allowed.Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Optional services depend on availability. To book some, you will have to contact us by pone or sending an email to info@unicocostabrava.com . For shorter or longer stays , the price will be calculated per day on a seven-days basis

Parfait pour moi en hors saison car vue à 180°, mon bateau garé juste en dessous et ma remorque bateau sur parking sécurisé.

Agencia molt i molt bé. Ens agrada molt la vista al port i la distribució molt pràctica del pis. Sí els voldria dir que un punt que falla és no tenir papereres de reciclatge al pis. Crec que podria ser un aspecte a tenir en compte i afegir a la llista de serveis del pis. Gràcies.

Die Lage ... ein Traum!!
Eine angemessene Wohnung in bester Lage im Yachhafen von L’Escala. Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Achtung: enge Bebauung im Umfeld. Dürfte in der Hauptsaison recht lebendig zugehen.
