One of the main city of Spain, Barcelona, both Mediterranean and Cosmopolitan, is the capital city of Catalonia and its harbour is one of the most important of the Mediterranean coast.

The “urbe” combines Roman ruins, medieval areas as well as modernist and avant-garde buildings, some of them by Gaudi or Domenech i Montaner, listed as UNESCO heritage.
