La Creu

Situated between the village of L’Escala and the Empuries área, this lovely beach of stones is appreciated for its typic touch due to the ancient houses of fishermen and their boats, still moored there.Walking to the very end of the beach, called “punta de La creu”,people can enjoy the beautiful view on the bay of Roses, Empuries and L’Escala. You can also see behind you the tower of El Padro, an ancient watch tower from the XVIIth century.
